Courthouse foreclosure acquisitions

Texas Auction Fund

We buy single-family foreclosures from the courthouse using disciplined and proven underwriting.

Market opportunity

Texas foreclosure volume creates a cash-buyer advantage.

Texas leads the country in foreclosure activity. As moratorium-era distortions unwind and borrowers face tighter affordability, courthouse supply has become a larger and more consistent opportunity set.

Supply

Growing auction flow

Rising distress creates more homes to screen, inspect, price, and bid.

Inefficiency

Cash is required

Courthouse buyers need speed and certainty, which removes many traditional buyers.

Discipline

Local details matter

Value, repairs, title, occupancy, rent, and resale liquidity determine the bid.
